Raleigh serviced our two fireplaces today. Wonderful guy! Even my dog didn’t bark at him! As usual all fuel is the best. Would highly recommend them.

Over the top with professional service
Mason and Randall were prompt, courteous. They explained everything that was going on and cleaned up after the completion of the job.

Corey showed up right on time to work on our pellet stove. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and really a nice guy. You could tell he took pride in his workmanship, he did an annual check up and replaced a seal & silenced a rattle. I hope he’s the one that shows up next time we call out All Fuel!

We were referred to All Fuel by PGE when we bought our new Enviro gas insert fireplace and PGE was actually running gas lines to our house back in 2014. All fuel did everything for the new gas service, ran new gas lines, and plumbed our house for the water heater, dryer, gas furnace and the Enviro gas insert fireplace which we put into one of our wood fireplaces. All Fuel coordinated everything with the inspections and the electrical that was also necessary for the insert and also our cooking range switch from electric to gas.

After the Enviro fireplace was ready to go, it has been very particular every year and All Fuel has serviced it and maintained it for us, as well as teaching us how to do some of this ourselves.

It has been great to have the gas fireplace insert as when we have had ice storms and our neighborhood was without power for a week - 2 weeks for our neighbors, our gas insert fireplace was able to keep our whole house warm (it is super powerful to warm over 2000 square feet) and it worked even when the power was out just as PGE said it would.

Also thanks to All Fuel for teaching us how to use the Enviro fireplace in the event we lost power!

The picture of the fireplace is not as beautiful as it really is when it is running and the lights are out, it really is stunning.

Theodore U. was our technician. He was fantastic and so thorough as our gas fireplace needed a lot of TLC and care. He fixed two gas fireplaces and wow we have a cozy house again. He educated us and answered questions as well.

Came right at the beginning of the time range. Very informative! Kept things super clean and taught me how to use the fireplace/adjust things myself.
